Color indicates different airlines and size indicates the amounts of arrival flights. We can get lots of information from this plot. For example, Los Angeles Airport and San Francisco Airport perform worse than other big airports. And in the same destination airport, UA has a big chance to delay more than the other two airlines.
The last two plots are for Overbooking Analysis, of which the first one shows that the ratio of people denied boarding voluntarily from Delta is higher than UA and AA, which shows that overbooking is really an issue in Delta. But from the last plot, it seems that the ratio of people denied boarding involuntarily from Delta is much lower than UA and AA, which means that Delta can handle this issue pretty well.
